Something to try this week.....

Small Changes

This is a small change that makes a big difference......I walk at least 10,000 steps a's not hard to do...most of it just happens when i'm moving around throughout the day, but if i haven't reached that number i will go for a walk.  I'ts relaxing and i think of it as me time.   I wear a FitBit to keep me on track.
