The two must have words when it comes to weight loss.....

Motivation

If you want to be successful at weight loss you must have these 2 in your arsenal.

Persistence: and Perseverance 

they effectively get to the same point, which is that even if you are not successful - keep going, if you're having a bad day - keep going.  If you plateau - keep going.   You didn't get fat overnight....it took time.  It will be the same to lose it.

Eventually there will be a big payoff for you - lots of weight loss. Making a big life change can sometimes be very scary, but you know what is even worse - Regret.
